Procedure for sending products for repair

1. Address the product to the address below. (Please address correctly to prevent the product from being lost.)

2. Product details can be informed in both channels as follows:

     2.2. Via Email: sales@kew-ltd.co.th Please inform the details as follows.

               - Product model

               - The number of the product series number (behind the product)

               - Broken symptoms

               - VDO clip of the malfunction (if any)

               - Take pictures of the product condition before sending or closing the box.

               - Inform the tracking number sent to track the product status

2.3. Please request details for issuing a quotation. and receipt as follows:

- On behalf of the company

Name, address, company contact number, and taxpayer number to issue a tax invoice and open the repair quotation

- On the name of a person

Name, address, contact number, and ID card number to issue a tax invoice and open the repair quotation

 

Repair details

 

- In the case of warranty, free repair fee, start-up fee (Please read the product warranty conditions in detail) The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. There may be additional costs if it is damaged, broken, or damaged by the customer. or use will incur expenses according to the warranty conditions.

- In case of warranty expires and needs repair Please reply to the quote to confirm. and transfer money and notify the slip

- If the case does not require repair. There will be a cost of 300-500 baht to open the device. Return shipping costs will be included. After transferring, please send the slip and we will send it back immediately.

-After confirming and sending the money transfer slip. We will repair it and notify you of the return shipping number within 5-7 business days.

-The company only guarantees the original repaired or changed point after repair.

-The warranty period is 3 months, starting when the product is returned.
